How it works
Cancellations:
Please call our customer care with the order number to initiate cancellation. If the product is not yet shipped then your complete order is cancelled and money is refunded. If the item/items are shipped and not yet reached then we can cancel the order and refund but we will hold back the shipping charges. Once item is shipped then the order cannot be cancelled.
Returns:
We know there are times when you are not fully satisfied with the product or want to swap the product for something else or if the product is faulty (We check for any malfunctions before we ship it). We support you and have a 3-day return policy. Return should be initiated within 3 days of the receipt of the item and informed to our customer support team. We don’t pick up returns from your place and it’s your responsibility to ship the item. We will ship you a replacement of the product if it’s faulty or a new product of your choice.
Refunds:
In some cases where the customer wants a refund for the product purchased then we evaluate the product that it is reached to us in the same condition we shipped and there is a valid reason for the refund. We process the refund into the buyer’s account. Only the total cost of the product is refunded but not the delivery charges.
